How Do You Set-Up At-Home Care?
Deciding on and setting up at-home care shouldn’t be difficult or time consuming, so we have simplified our process to ensure you get the exact help you need in the easiest way possible.
1. Contact us with your care needs. Please review our self-assessment information for levels and types of care to meet your needs.
2. Have an initial conversation with a Client Care Liaison. They can provide additional information as they learn more about you and your family.
3. Set a visit with a Registered Nurse (RN) One of our RNs does an in-home assessment for the client to determine a plan of care.
4. Be matched with a professional caregiver. Our Care Coordinators work with the client’s family to identify ideal caregivers to ensure an optimal fit for everyone.
5. Make full use of our team. Our Care Managers, Care Coordinators and team of RNs are available 24/7 anytime you need support or have questions about your in-home care services.
Understanding the Costs of Home CareMost people considering the costs of professional home care are weighing it against an independent caregiver or a senior living community. Compared to the fixed costs of senior living, home care gives you far greater control. With us, what you pay is connected to the hours in the Care Plan you choose. Although most of our clients pay out-of-pocket, we accept long-term care insurance and can assist you with claim forms. While the day rate of a private caregiver may appear lower, you have more responsibilities, less coordination and there’s no backup.
